Meet the Founder
Sabrina Hiett, BSA, CPC, CPM
Founder/CEO
Sabrina was born and raised in Dimmitt, Texas. After marrying and welcoming her first child, she sought a new challenge outside the home and began working at Plains Memorial Hospital in 1993. She quickly developed a passion for the work, embracing both the challenges and the continual learning required in a hospital business office.
Over the next 30 years, Sabrina’s career expanded across multiple areas of the medical field. Her experience ranges from billing and accounts receivable to managing hospital and clinic offices and providing consulting services.
In late 2016, a respected colleague encouraged her to start her own billing company. Guided by her faith, she founded Dove Healthcare Solutions, LLC, which officially opened on February 1, 2017. Today, Sabrina takes great pride in fulfilling what she believes is her God-given calling — serving and strengthening rural healthcare.
